Learn a practical way to meditate —
one that seamlessly integrates with your life.
How It Works
It’s described as a two-player meditation because you and I will be in constant communication the entire time, working towards the same goal: to build your awareness. You’ll take the pilot seat, describing what you’re noticing and I’ll be your co-pilot, asking questions and pointing out landmarks. By having two people work together, we overcome the biggest obstacle to meditation: being lost in thought.
Mind Movement
The goal is to build awareness, not mental stillness, so an active mind isn’t a barrier to meditation.
Communication
Constant two-way communication ensures you’re not getting lost in thought and are never confused.
Body & Mind
We’ll explore body sensations and mental patterns — not just one at the expense of the other.
This is Nicholas
“I love teaching meditation. I feel lucky and honored each day to sit down with individuals from all walks of life and curiously traverse their inner world together. Every person’s mind is so different, and exploring it together in real-time is a fascinating experience.
I’ve meditated a lot myself, which means I’ve made a lot of mistakes. Now I have the chance to steer people clear of these pitfalls, some of which can eat up years of effort.
People are always amazed at how “normal” the sessions feel. There’s no mystery around it; just a fluid, real-time awareness of what’s happening. The simplicity of it always astounds me. It leaves a wonderful, natural feeling tone in the mind — a refreshed, light feeling. And it quickly becomes obvious to each person just how practically it fits into their life.“
The Studies Are In.
If you’re into studies and statistics, you’ll be interested to know that the research proving the value and advantages of meditation continues to pile up, and the benefits are too big to ignore. Study after study from institutions like Harvard and Yale show marked increases in nearly every measurable area. Companies like Google, Nike and Twitter have already started offering their employees meditation and are enjoying the benefits of a happier, healthier, more productive team.
